Mared, as an environmental services company, has an extensive experience in conducting Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA). Upon request, Mared delivers comprehensive reports based on surveys conducted by experienced personnel.

An environmental impact assessment (EIA) is an assessment of the possible impacts that a proposed project may have on the environment, consisting of the environmental, social and economic aspects.
The purpose of the assessment is to ensure that decision makers consider the environmental impacts when deciding whether or not to proceed with a project.
Mared, together with its partner EAM, manage and develop Environmental Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) and Environmental Statements (ES) and also undertake Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA). Working with a wide range of clients, Mared has established a reputation for providing professional, independent and practical advice based on thorough scientific investigation.
We project, manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to produce detailed Environmental Appraisals and Environmental Statements, addressing all potential environmental impacts of a project. We lead clients through each stage of the Environmental Social Impact Assessment, from screening and scoping, to issuing of the final report and implementation of mitigation and monitoring measures. Using our experienced ecologists, hydrologists, hydro-geologists and landscape architects, we identify the needs of a project and where potential environmental impacts may arise. We then undertake all necessary survey work to identify baseline conditions and potential impacts of the projects.
